Making you whole.

Meet Dr. Tamara Strong-Chavez

- In-Person (Dublin) & Telehealth -

Welcome! I am looking forward to supporting you. My diverse cultural background and life experiences lends way the ability to value the importance of humanity.  I am of mixed ethnicities and an Alaskan Native Psychologist who enjoys California living.

Life is a beautiful thing to cherish and it can also be quite stressful at times.  Seeking support during times of struggle can be an overwhelming thought yet is the optimal investment so you can truly enjoy the beauty of life again! My role is helping people and families to regain your happiness and healthier living.

Stress, grief, anxiety and depression, ADHD/ASD, and trauma can impact our lives and self view.  These experiences can be even more stressful when trying resolve it without additional support.  Therapy can be that additional support to help you regain control of your life!  My expertise of being a psychologist can help you regain that control while strengthening your sense of self.

These same stressors can affect children of any age and impact families.  Being a parent I can understand the fear and frustration of trying to balance the stress of managing your child’s challenging behaviors and the demands of daily living.  I can help your family by providing support to your child/teen by teaching coping skills to regulate their emotions and support you to regain a more happier family!

From the moment you reach out for support, My goal as your future therapist is to assure you feel heard and valued!  I will provide the support needed for you to attain empowerment and live a happier life.
