Are your relationships struggling? Finding it hard to find positivity in your life? Dealing with negative beliefs or thoughts about yourself or others? Struggling to find motivation to even get out of bed in the morning? Well, now is the time to stop all that and I am here to guide and support you.
My approach to counseling is creating a strong collaborative relationship with you as the therapist-client relationship is central to therapy. I strive to foster a safe space for you to be vulnerable and authentically you. I am passionate about using evidence-based interventions and utilizing compassion, validation, empathy, genuinity, and humor to create a space for authenticity, change, and growth. I am passionate about showing you how your thoughts, feelings, and behavior are all connected and applying that to your real life. I will show you how to utilize your strengths and skills to navigate through your mental health challenges all while supporting and empowering you throughout your therapeutic journey.
I enjoy working with young children and teens who may struggle with self-esteem, understanding their emotions, and difficulty connecting with their peers. I also enjoy working with adults who may be struggling with feelings of guilt, difficulty managing their intrusive thoughts, depression, or anxiety, or need guidance with relationships and processing their unhealed trauma.
Let us work together to better understand yourself, discover how to reshape your mindset, and live the life you’ve always imagined!
When you are in my presence, you can expect to be heard, recognized, accepted and met with unconditional positive regard. As I believe all people are worthy and deserve high quality care. I would be honored to help you.
