Telehealth Video Appointments
Meet in the comfort of your own home, workplace, or on-the-go. We utilize an encrypted HIPAA-compliant video platform on Simple Practice that allows you to get all the benefits of counseling without the commute.
Requirements: If you are using a computer or laptop, simply click on the video link that will be emailed to you in the morning. of your appointment. If you are using your phone, download the free app Telehealth by Simple Practice to use the platform for your virtual session.

Sima Space - Downtown Walnut Creek

We are opening a new office space in the downtown Walnut Creek area! The office is beautifully designed with therapy in mind and is located in an accessible area. Clients will be assigned a code that will allow them to access the waiting area before getting called into their appointment. If you live in Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Alamo, Orinda, Moraga, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Clayton, and neighboring cities, then choosing this space for in-person appointments may be for you!

Directions: As you drive into Maria Lane into the parking lot, please park anywhere in visitor parking. You will easily see buildings 1450 and 1470 so your desired building 1460 is in the back corner in between those buildings. Follow the handicap ramp, up the stairs, and continue straight until you see the 1460 main entrance doors on your left. Use the elevator on your right and go to Floor 3. The Sima Space offices will be on your left (public restrooms on the right). Please enter your client key code that will let you into the waiting area (in your email). Room 305 is the farthest back office on the right corner. If you get lost, please text or call your therapist (their number should be on your appointment reminder email).

We have 3 beautiful offices located in partnership with Eastside Christian Counseling Center (on the side of New Life Church). One of the rooms is larger for family, groups, and activities for play therapy. For more information about the Eastside Christian Counseling Center, please check out our website.

Directions: When driving towards Eastside Christian Counseling Center, the therapy offices share the same building as New Life Church. If you are facing the Sierra Ct side of the building, you want to park your car on the right side. Look for the “Heating and Cooling Supply” sign and drive into the parking lot (right of the sign). If you see the main entrance of New Life Church, you will want to drive out and make a left back on Sierra Ct then make the first left into the parking lot. The main entrance will be on your left-hand side. Please push the RING button that will notify your therapist to buzz you in. Go upstairs and the waiting room will be the first opening on the left.
