Hi! Glad you’re here. I am an Indian-American clinical psychologist licensed in the great state of sunny California where I have grown up and lived my entire life.
Do you feel you are not “enough” or aren’t “doing enough”? If you find yourself feeling discontent and frustrated with where you are in your life, then reaching out for help can be a helpful and productive step for you.
Challenges like depression and anxiety; struggles with past trauma and abuse, conflict or relationship problems at school, home or work; concentration and focus challenges, behavioral problems, substance use, and aspects of your own unique background and identity may impact how you feel and limit what you do on a daily basis.
I embrace working with people from all backgrounds and identities and help develop your skills and tools to cope with your specific concerns.
I used strengths-based life coaching to help my clients reach their personal and professional goals by helping them to get clear on what’s important to them and why, work through barriers, and focus on achieving what they want.
Starting therapy may be one of the most valuable decisions you ever make. It may feel uncomfortable to ask for help. Doing so requires a lot of courage, especially if you come from a cultural background where there may be stigma about mental health treatment.
Young adulthood and adolescence can be confusing and challenging times. Men and boys are often discouraged from talking about their feelings which can make seeking help even harder.
Let’s work to integrate the different parts of yourself to help you form the best version of yourself.
For therapy to work, we have to have a strong foundation of trust and respect. In our work, you will always be accepted, respected and celebrated for who you are, just as you are. I look forward to meeting with you!
